At the Barça Official Store, we want you to wear your colors with pride, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all authentic merchandise in its original condition. Please note that personalized jerseys and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and packaging into a secure shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
